I have been selling on the internet for about six years, and have hundreds of happy customers. Here is some additional information to help answer any questions you might have before purchasing from me:

Satisfaction Guarantee:

I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the item for any reason, return it to me (see Return info below) and I will return your money. You will, however, be responsible for shipping costs, unless I have made an error in the listing, in which case I will cover shipping both ways.

Condition of items:

Most of my items here are are pre-owned, vintage or antique. Please read the description! The flaws apparent to me are noted in the description. Please email me if you have a question that is not answered in the description. Also, I buy items from many locations and cannot guarantee that they come from a smoke- and pet-free environment.

Payment:

Payment is due with 3 days if using PayPal or Google Checkout. If you are sending a check please let me know, and the limit is 7 days. If you have problems with checkout, please let me know and I can easily send you an invoice (let me know if you would prefer PayPal or Google Checkout). Also, if you are an international customer, let me know so I can provide shipping costs/information.

Combined shipping:

I always combine shipping to save you money. Generally, it will cost about $0.50 for any additional piece of jewelry. If you have multiple items, please wait for me to invoice you (this saves me expenses from the payment processors). If you have paid without waiting for an invoice, I will refund the extra amounts you have paid (but it will probably not be quite as large as if you had waited for the invoice). If you have used Google Checkout to pay, I will simply charge a lessor amount when I make the "charge" and no refund will be necessary.

Shipping

I generally us USPS but on occasion will ship UPS or FedEx for large packages. International packages are always shipped USPS. I always use delivery confirmation on all of my packages. Most packages arrive in two or three days, but have been known to take five days. (The post office will not really look for a "lost" package in anything less than four weeks.)

Returns:

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me via email within 24 hours of receipt. In case of damage keep the packaging and all the contents and notify me immediately.

Returns for other reasons are accepted if initiated within 3 days and received back within 10 days (in original condition and with the packing materials -- gift box, etc.). Items returned after 10 days will be refused. Otherwise refunds will be paid in the same manner as they were originally submitted (PayPal, Google, etc.).

Communication

I am extremely prompt in thanking you for your order and letting you know when your item will be shipped. If you have not received such messages from me, please check your spam folder. (If you are an "anonymous" Google Checkout buyer, we are not given your regular email address and you will only receive a shipping notice, which will include a tracking number.)
